Hi friends,
It’s been a minute since my last post—since January, actually—but I wanted to take a moment to reach out and reconnect with you.
Like many of you, I’ve been navigating through a lot of uncertainty. Living in a border city like San Diego–Tijuana brings its own unique rhythms, and lately, it’s felt like nonstop whiplash: the shifting tides of tariffs, changes in cross-border policies, and a noticeable drop in events and creative momentum. The demoralization has been real.
And to top it off, my Facebook account has been suspended twice since February. Unfortunately, it looks like I won’t be able to restore it this time around. So if you’ve noticed my online presence has been a little quiet, now you know why.
That said, I’m happy to share a couple of bright updates!
First, I was recently featured in Shoutout SoCal, where I got the chance to open up about my work, what drives me, and how my environment shapes my creativity. It was a meaningful experience, and I’d love for you to check out the full interview here.
